



Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your Ashes Jewellery. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item (excluding personalised pendants) within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund, provided you notify us within this period.
How to Return
To initiate a return under the 14-day policy, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive and inspect the item at our warehouse, we will process your refund. Please allow 2–5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement after approval.
Please note: You are responsible for returning the jewellery to us safely. We recommend using a fully insured postal service, as we cannot refund return postage costs unless the item is faulty (excluding any import duty).
Eligibility
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
Unfortunately, personalised engraved pendants cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.
If you believe your personalised item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receipt so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If the product is faulty or we made a mistake, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. In these cases, we will refund your return postage (excluding import duty) and provide a full refund or replacement as appropriate.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued using your original payment method once we have received and inspected the item. If the item is not faulty, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Pricing & Packaging Information
All prices are in British Pounds Sterling and include VAT. Prices are correct at the time of order but are subject to change based on material costs.
Your ashes jewellery will arrive beautifully presented in a gift box, complete with a gift card and a dust bag.
Cremation jewellery orders include detailed instructions for filling your ash urn pendant, and some pendants come with a mini screwdriver to access the sealed chamber.
All orders are securely packaged and shipped in plain, unbranded packaging to protect your privacy.
